Delivery method
At Kappodo, we can deliver our products anywhere in the world as long as they can be delivered by Japan Post's EMS international airmail or FedEx. (Excluding countries where knives cannot be sent due to national regulations)

Shipping
If you would like to receive an EMS tracking number when making payment, please enter your email address in the memo field. After shipping, we will send you a tracking number notification email.

Domestic shipping
Shipping charges within Japan will be a flat rate of 1,200 yen (+800 yen for Okinawa and Hokkaido). Shipping is free for purchases over 30,000 yen.

Overseas shipping
Please note that shipping charges will vary depending on the country of delivery and product weight. For purchases of 100,000 JPY or more, we offer free shipping to all destinations except the United States, which will be charged a flat 10,000 JPY fee. Standard shipping rates apply to all orders under 100,000 JPY.

*Customers are solely responsible for verifying their country's import regulations prior to purchase. We will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

*Depending on the country, product, and amount, import duties may be required at the time of receiving the product, but please note that our store will not be responsible for this at all.
