In addition to tools, our product lineup also includes hand towels, alcohol, rice, seasonings, and more.

Everything and anything needed for our customers to fully enjoy their Japanese cuisine experience can be found here with us.

Whether you're an experienced chef or a passionate home cook, we invite you to partake in enjoying Kappo cuisine with us.

Point 1

Hand-Crafted

Handcrafted knives possess an artisanal charm, distinct from their mass-produced counterparts. Crafted by skilled hands, each blade undergoes a meticulous process that begins with shaping the steel by hand, rather than being confined to a mold. While at first glance they may appear similar or even identical, the true difference lies in the user experience. Handcrafted knives are honed to perfection, gradually thinned to achieve unparalleled quality and precision. In contrast, their mass-produced counterparts are merely pressed, lacking the finesse and attention to detail that define a superior blade.

Point 2

Exclusive

Our company takes pride in crafting knives through a careful process of selection, construction, and curation. Our chef has personally selected a rosewood sourced from a specific tree renowned for its exceptional quality and rich, dark brown hue. This distinctive wood is then expertly crafted into octagonal handles, a design choice not only for its aesthetic appeal but also for its practicality; the shape provides a secure grip that doesn't easily slip, catering to the needs of any user. These bespoke knives are exclusively available through our online shop or physical store, as we opt not to distribute to third-party sellers, ensuring that each purchase embodies the essence of exclusivity and craftsmanship that defines our brand.

Point 3

Authentic

Our company stands for authenticity in Japanese craftsmanship, embodying centuries of tradition and expertise. It begins with our artisans, masters of their craft, who possess decades of experience. Japan's rich culinary heritage, steeped in a profound reverence for food and its preparation, infuses every blade with a cultural significance that transcends mere utility. We acknowledge the nuanced impact of the tool on taste and texture. Our reverence for food extends beyond craftsmanship; it is a deeply ingrained ethos evidenced by our veneration of a food god, symbolizing our profound respect for the culinary arts. We cherish not only the nourishment food provides but also the artistry and craftsmanship that elevate it, recognizing the significant role our knives play in this pursuit.
